2. Account Registration

To open an account at vb8 bat, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. If you register with false or incomplete information, the platform reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately. The platform will not be liable for the actions of third parties if access to your account was made possible through your own negligence.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Where required, vb8 bat may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. The confidentiality of submitted documents will be maintained.

3. Age Verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vb8 bat offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200 — before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus is given only once — on the first successful deposit.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• While a bonus is active, deposited funds and bonus funds in the account are tracked separately.
• The bonus must be used within a set time period; if it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.2 Promotional Offers

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. vb8 bat reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

vb8 bat offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, baccarat, roulette and sports betting. Games are sourced from verified software providers to ensure fair play.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and does not depend on previous results. vb8 bat does not interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. If a technical error makes it possible to place a bet outside these limits, the platform reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server downtime or an internet disconnection, the platform's log records will be considered final. To raise a claim in such a situation, you must contact support within 24 hours.

7. VIP Program

vb8 bat's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier automatically through regular play. The benefits of each tier apply for as long as you remain at that tier.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8 bat platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting or collusion for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools or any other strategic technology.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or network.
• Betting with third-party funds or using the platform for money laundering.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users of the platform.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

vb8 bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
• If inconsistencies or suspicious information are found during identity verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally six months or more).
• If there is a risk to financial security or a risk of fraud.
• If the user themselves requests that the account be closed.

Any funds eligible for legitimate withdrawal will be returned before the account is closed; however, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, deposited funds may be forfeited.

11. Responsible Gambling
